H&H Studios….what can we say. At the last (last) minute before my wedding, my mom thought to hire a videographer for the day. Several family members who lived far away could not come to our wedding due to health reasons. As a grad student, I didn’t have time to do my usual lengthy research for a good videographer, and for some reason I thought since I had a photographer, I didn’t need a videographer. I was so wrong….My mom found H&H studios and from the moment we were in contact with Mr. Hickson we experienced not only great professionalism (e.g. they arrived early, worked well with my photographer and other vendors), but they were so flexible, and creative throughout the entire day. Mr. Hickson and his partner Darrell were so respectful during the “getting ready” process; they seriously made me and my husband feel more comfortable than some of my other vendors!!! I love how they found time to capture little moments and details that I did not realize had happened during the wedding. The day was such a blur! Up until the last minute, I thought photography was enough to capture the wedding. Having pictures is a wonderful way to remember your wedding, but all the months, (years for me) that went into planning this wedding, the photos alone were not enough for me. H&H captured things that my photographers did not get and I am so grateful that my mom made the decision to seek H&H studios to record my wedding. My husband and I have only been married for 3 months but we are so happy to have our wedding on video so we can relive the day in real time. Mr. Ike and Mr. Darrell were so amazing on our wedding day and were very quick in editing and sending the video after the wedding (it took about a month). If you are looking for a cost effective videographer, that will provide creative ideas and be open to listening to your wants and needs respectfully, I highly recommend H&H studios. -Chiza

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have standard pricing but it varies depending on several packages. We have basic packages for editing only, editing & packages, wedding, parties, highlight videos, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would like to have an phone conversation or video conference with the customers to gain an better understanding of what they are looking for. We have standard questions that we ask, but each customers is unique so we tailor our customers based on the needs of our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken several video editing courses to understand what equipment works best.
