LB did an okay job. Their price was about average. They could work on their communication though, as I was often waiting for updates on when the repair would be finished. I also wanted to be there for the work but they just scheduled directly with the tenant and never told me they were on the way. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a $79.99 service fee that we apply one time. If the customer decides to move forward with the repair, that fee will be included in the final cost of the repair.

We begin by evaluating the problem with their appliance, determine location, and then schedule an appointment to determine what it will take to repair their appliance with efficiency and trust.
