I didn't know what to expect of John and Joshua when they came to my home to give me an estimate on my kitchen project. However, after about 10 minutes into the kitchen conversation, I was already impressed with them. They were professional and respectful. Even though their business is a young one, they have tons of construction experience and it shows in their craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Throughout the project, they ffered ideas to improve the design and repaired small things - like poorly installed crown molding - that a previous contractor left.
I was extremely comfortable leaving them in my house alone while I was at work and I trusted them to turn my kitchen into one that I would be proud of, and they delivered big time. I look forward to working with them again on the next home improvement project on my bucket list. These guys are the truth. They made what would have been a stressful kitchen update a very pleasant experience. My son and I LOVE our beautiful updated kitchen!

Hi Folks - My wife & I picked BIC Contracting after a careful review of several local contractors, prior customer reviews and their estimated costs. Our projects were all external to our home. BIC replaced a rotting chimney chase with equivalent Hardy Plank equivalents with PVC trim boards. We no longer use the chimney for fire, so we had BIC turn the chimney space into a mini-tool shed. BIC added a cement patio to our home rear door with a wood pergola with a clear, rainproof acrylic roof. And that rotting rear door was replaced by a new french-style double door. Additional work was performed on some rotting fascia & eves, and replacement of security lighting.
All this work was completed in a timely and professional manner. It became obvious that BIC take pride in their workmanship as we observed their progress. BIC took care to remove debris daily and worked their estimated schedule except for one day where they had to perform an emergency repair for another client. That did not impact our flexible schedule. If I had the same emergency, I would hope to get the same attention from BIC. I have never met more quality people than these guys- both in their work and their ethics. They have done several jobs for us from installing hardwood in our whole house to a "laundry" list of small jobs. They show up when they say they will and their quality is impeccable! I always call them for any of our home repair or improvement needs. Call them... you will not be sorry!
