Jillian Argento Private Swim Lessons

Introduction: Hi, everyone! My name is Jillian Argento and I just finished my sophomore year of college at The University of North Georgia. I have over 10 years experience as a competitive swimmer, as well as lifeguarding experience and CPR certification, and this is my third summer self-employed as a swim instructor for children of all ages. I absolutely love working with kids! I teach everything from basic water survival skills to strokes and breathing techniques; no matter what skill level your child is at, I will work with them to help them become comfortable and independent in the water. I typically work with kids ages 3-12 but I am open to teaching all ages! I love working with children and getting the opportunity to teach kids such an important life skill! So much of what I do is about establishing trust between me and my students. For many children, learning how to swim can be a stressful or even frightening experience, so earning their trust and helping them get over their fear and become independent is a very rewarding experience for both me and the kids I teach. It takes a lot of persistence and patience, but it's a lot of fun!
