Introduction: Life is difficult and frustrating at times and then you double it when you’re in a relationship. We offer Life Coaching and Counseling to both individuals and couples to help them determine what the roadblocks are that’s keeping them stuck and preventing them from moving forward. Change occurs from the internal not the external. Our methodology isn't about behavior modification, it's about knowing the truth about who you are and not letting your past and others dictate your future. Once we’re finished with processing those roadblocks we will continue Life Coaching. As you learn and practice communication skills, resolving conflict, overcoming distrust and building intimacy you will begin to experience the relationship and life you’ve hoped for! As you start believing the truth about who you are and how capable you are it will set you free from living out of a false or misguided fear based belief system that causes doubt and frustration in your life!
My greatest joy is watching people transform as they are shown a different way to look at life and personal interactions! I enjoy seeing their joy as they come to the knowledge of the truth that sets them free to be all they can possibly be and beyond!
