Michelle Bonnee was one of the very best yoga therapy students I have ever graduated in my teacher training. She seems to always put others in front of her and allows herself to take a back seat when she absolutely knows all that is going on.She is extraordinarily observant intuitive and smart.I would trust any one that needs healing of any kind to be put in her hands.She is as good as it gets and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a yoga therapist or an ayurveda consultant . She also understands emotional trauma at a very deep level! She knows her stuff and cares about people!! Michelle is the best! From her clear explanation of each pose and it's purpose, to the calm and grounding nature of savasana, she helped my anxiety and pain. Yoga therapy helped ease my doubts in life, helped me with my sleep and depression and eventually helped me get balanced in my physical body as one side of my calf became atrophied due to a break. I highly recommend Michelle.
