I found this company from an event they participated in. At first I hired them to assist with florals and tablescapes. I soon was so impressed with Jane, her ideas and suggestions, professionalism, and timely correspondence that I included her services as the entire event co-ordinator. She is a problem solver, keeps her eye on the bottom line, punctual, and makes things happen that I thought could not.

What can I say, Fabulous Functions By Jane truly lived up to their company name for my wedding. Jane was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. I had a clear vision for my wedding, elegant and a bit rustic (pampas grass, dollar tree eucalyptus and the works) and it became her vision too. We never disagreed on decor or design, she always totally got it, and was happy to make adjustments here and there whenever I needed it. Not only was she responsible for mostly the entire event coordination, the decor and design, and overseeing the day of, but she also did all of the flowers! Everything was BEAUTIFUL. She truly is talented at making an average space look like a million bucks. We had a simple backyard wedding, but she made it everything I could have imagined. Everything ran seamlessly the day of, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Even when there may have been hiccups in the road, (as there is bound to be when you’re planning any wedding, especially with covid going around) Jane handled the small problems professionally and like they were all that mattered to her. When I needed her help, I got her undivided attention, and she always reassured me that the event was going to be fabulous! I hands down recommend her and her team to anyone looking for someone kind, understanding, professional, talented, and fabulous to plan their wedding! Thank you so much for everything Jane!!!

Jane is amazing! Professional, patient good listener, easy to talk to and willing to work extra hard for a memorable event. Worked well with other planners, we got so many praises about her even 3 weeks after our wedding. She went the extra mile to make our wedding amazing and beautiful. My then fiancé and I were able to relax and let her take over. She did a beautiful job with decorations and flower. I would call on her for other events and highly recommend her. Amazing personality and caring. Jane helped make our wedding a special, beautiful and memorable experience.

Where do I even begin with how perfect Jane was!! First off, Jane is one of the friendliest people I've ever met, making her the perfect energy you want around and on your wedding day. She went above and beyond to make our day special with her attention to detail and willingness to help. She took the time to really understand what we wanted out of our floral arrangements and bouquets for not one, but TWO brides. She even helped us arrange our menus, place cards, and guest book for the reception. Don't hesitate to hire Jane! She is the best of the best.

EXCELLENT!! Fabulous Functions by Jane is, in fact, fabulous! Jane is a true professional and you can tell she is passionate about her craft. She went above and beyond to plan the floral vision for my wedding and met with me on several occasions before the wedding to make sure my vision was executed. Beyond that, she has wonderful taste and was such a helpful collaborator in planning the floral arrangements. Several guests commented that the arch arrangement and floral table arrangements were stunning. Jane was by far my favorite wedding vendor to work with. Her enthusiasm and talent are evident in her work and my wedding would not have been the beautiful event it was without her.

Pricing will depend on the size and location of the event and the flowers in season.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact via text/email, I like to meet my clients. This way we can come together to share a similar vision on the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing events and parties for many years and became an accredited event designer with The Institute of Wedding and Event Design, last year. It has been the natural progression to start my own company to do what I love. Since then, I have completed a floral design course at the LA Flower Markets with Michael Gaffney.
