Introduction: I am licensed massage therapist that specializes in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy release and isometric stretching.
I prefer clients with real problems such as old injuries, daily or chronic pain, head ache, tmg, neck pain, restricted range of motion, pinched nerves, back pain, frozen shoulder, shoulder that are rolled forward, carpal tunnel, knee pains ankle pains or anything of that nature. I aim for very therapeutic results so most of these thing can be taken care of in a few sessions.
I like to fix whatever the main issue is that brought that client in, then fix the surrounding issues for more long lasting relief. My goal is to make people feel the best they have in their adult or memorable life and then teach them how to keep it with stretching and posture adjustment. So many things can be fixed with a massage that people just aren't aware of. I would like to change people perception of the true benefit of massage and show them just how much better are bodys can be with proper maintenance.

This has definitely helped a lot more than any physical therapy session ever has. My hamstrings feel a lot better now than they did before the massage. Highly recommend seeing him for muscle injuries if you play a sport.

I went Jeremy for over a year and he was the rare massage therapist who easily identified exactly where my pain was coming from and knew exactly how to relieve it, with the perfect amount of pressure. If I hadn’t moved out of the city I’d still be seeking him out regularly!

I can't say enough great things about Jeremy and his massage expertise. He was my massage therapist for over a year when he lived in the DC area. He truly fixed my muscles on a monthly basis so that I could continue to work out at a high intensity. His massage techniques helped with my planter's fascitis, carpel tunnel and incredibly tight calve muscles. A massage with Jeremy is worth every penny. I'm incredibly sad that I can no longer see him monthly. LA folks, you gained one of the best in the massage business. Try a massage with him, you won't regret it!

My name is Jeremy as well lol and I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy after having suffered debilitating tendinitis in my shoulders and elbows from years of rock climbing. I had exhausted all other treatment options and was left to using ibuprofen multiple times per day just to get through my day:( . I met Jeremy funnily enough at the local rock gym and after talking to him I decided to give massage therapy a try. Upon arriving to get my massage I was a bit nervous as I didn’t know what to expect, but Jeremy thoroughly explained exactly what he would be doing and his extensive knowledge about all the muscles and joints and their respective scientific names immediately put me at ease. Throughout the extent of the massage he made sure that I was comfortable and asked me lots of questions about my specific injury so that he was able to correct what was needed. After only two sessions my tendinitis had gone away and the mobility in all my joints had increased dramatically and I would recommend Jeremy to anyone that wants to stop going to endless doctors appointments and wants to get fixed NOW!!!
