Brooke is a terrific coach. I was going through a big transition leaving a job to start a business. Working with Brooke was like talking to a good friend who really listens and cares. She is easygoing, approachable and humorous. She asked simple yet very powerful questions that opened up my thinking to other possibilities that I hadn't considered. Her coaching helped me make the leap sooner and with confidence!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Coaching is a highly personal process, so each customer's 'typical process' is different. However, there are a few things that everyone can expect. 1. Complementary Session - Successful coaching begins with a great coach/coachee fit and hat's why each new customer receives a complementary 30-minute session. 2. Coaching Agreement - This is a formal agreement that outlines the roles of you, the coachee, and me the coach. It ensure confidently and outlines what coach is and is not. 3. Coaching Calls - This is work the work is done. You come with a topic for the call and we get down to work solving problems, dreaming big, creating awareness, creating actions items, or anything else you can dream up!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In 2008 I received my MBA in Leadership and Management from Webster University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from George Mason University. I am completed the Core Essentials Program at Coach U in August 2016 and will receive my Associated Certified Coach (ACC) in April 2017. The most important lesson I’ve learned, however, credentials mean nothing unless they are driven by passion.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?
