FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our rates equal to the industry standard if not a little less in some cases. Our hourly service rate is 85.00 per hour. This rate includes two men on the job and in most cases is used for trouble shooting wiring issues. This does not include parts/material installed on job. We do not charge any trip charges for our services. For services such as fixture replacement, additions, switch replacement, GFCI replacement, standard outlet replacement, smoke detectors (may require site visit), panel change outs, additional circuits, barn/shed wiring and hot tubs. We bid those items out at cost plus; meaning our base labor rate plus parts, gas and small company profit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with our new customers as much as our existing customers; trying to create comfortable and long lasting relationships. Just as we do with all of our customers we get a full understanding of their project or issue. Then try create a plan to install or fix their electrical needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training comes from the field performing various types of electrical work. This work was performed under a Master electrician to ensure correct installation. Once I met the requirements set by state for licensing I then began studying the national electrical code so that I could pass my licensing exam for Masters.
