- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a buyer's agent I am 100% free to use as the seller pays the commissions to me. The seller's pricing is a percentage of the purchase price and varies based on your property. Please contact me for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick initial phone call with my clients. This helps me gain a better understanding of what you are looking to accomplish and how we might work best together. During this phone call I will set up a time to meet with you to discuss further. If you are a seller, we will meet and go over my listing presentation and marketing plan for your property. If you are a buyer, we will meet to discuss your wants and needs in a property and what is important to you. I love making connections to my clients and providing consultative service. I will provide my expert advice in order to do what is best for you as the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in CA. I also have extensive experience managing short-term furnished rentals as well as traditional unfurnished.
