- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m a small business, and my prices reflect that. Repeat customers will receive discounts. Mileage I charge one $1 per mile. The first hour and a half are billed at a flat rate of $70, Each half hour after are billed at $25. I charge 6% for Massachusetts sales tax. Customer has the option to tip the technician. I accept credit cards only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself, telling them a little bit about my background if they are curious, discussing a pre-diagnosis of the issues, scheduling a time to meet. Also a rough estimate of how long it will take to solve the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have five industry certifications, four years of professional experience, and more than 20 years of computer technology personal experience.
