Best photographer ever! She’s professional, kind and very sweet. I thought my senior photos are gonna look so awkward ‘cause I was very shy, but she did her best to capture my “beauty.” I highly recommend her!Sep 4, 2018

AE Photography is by far the best independent photographer in the Piedmont Triad area. She is very professional, and the quality of her photos is exceptional. It is obvious that she spends a great deal of time perfecting every shot. Overall a great experience working with her. Definitely recommend for all occasions.Sep 4, 2018

If youre looking to have professional photos done I would highly recommend Alethia! She did such an awesome job! She was so patient with my daughter who just didnt want to stand still (like a typical 2 year old.)We had our photos done Monday afternoon and she was finished with them on Tuesday! She is so talented & we will definitely be using Alethia in the future!Jul 26, 2018Review from Facebook

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? To make it simple for my clients and I, my prizes are usually "Bundled" I create a fixed price that I think is reasonable and within the budget that includes my hourly rate, shooting, editing and transportation expenses. There is no cancellation fee, but a 20% non refundable deposit is required for new clients that will be applied to the total balance. I don't do discounts, but I always try my best to work within my client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I try my best to have a connection with my client and to see if we are a great match. I specialize in getting mostly candids and trying to capture the "moment" and some clients prefer that, some don't. So I try to have a feel of what my client wants and go from there. I believe that creating a relationship with a client is very important especially if I'm going to shoot their wedding. So if they live locally, I try to meet with them and get to know them, what they like and talk about their wedding details and if there's a certain style or aesthetic they're looking for. For those that don't live close by, I try to have a 30 minute video call with them, or a simple phone call to get to know them. I just go from there. I believe that if my clients are comfortable with working with me, the more magic we can create together.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Photography has always been my passion. I don't remember exactly how and when it started for me. It kind of just came naturally.
