Jason has done small jobs for me over the past couple of years. He recently replaced sub-floor in the bathroom that was water damaged. He re-placed window sills and weatherproofed and painted them. A very courteous and prompt worker. The quality of work was excellent and the pricing was right. Excellent communication throughout the process.

Jason initially responded to a search I made for someone to demolish a house of mine. We determined, upon talking, that the job was bigger than the kind of demolition that he normally does and that he would not be a good fit. However, I was so impressed with our conversation that I inquired about his interest in doing some other miscellaneous handy work around our house. The biggest job was a closet rod and shelf that had fallen down; there were also other little things that we could do ourself but didn't want to. Jason charged hourly. He arrived on time, he was pleasant and detail oriented. He found the closet job to be a little more challenging than planned because we live in an old house and the plaster walls are not square or even flat. He ended up having to stop and re-do some things, but he did not charge me for the entire time he was here because he took responsibility for his own errors and felt that he could have worked more efficiently. I really appreciated his integrity and his determination to do the best possible job! I was very satisfied with all of the work that he did. Sadly, these were all that I had paid someone else to do but which were not executed well. I like that Jason claims to stand behind his work and expressed that he would come back if any of his work fails.
