FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is bid independently. I am willing to work with customers to implement payment terms that are comfortable with the individual client. I do provide an discount for repeat customers and referral work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in beginning a new client relationship is to offer I a complimentary quote to everyone of my prospective clients to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get a clear expectation of the services requested. If we decide to move forward together, the client and I will make all decisions and set time frames, the depth of work is up to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 + yrs. experience working as a painter both commercial and residential, and interior and exterior. The experience applies to both pairing and staining for new and established construction. I’m an experienced aerial lift operator and i have obtained certification in identifying and safely working with lead paint, which means Becoming certified follows the Environmental Protection Agency’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule, which states that if you are paid to perform renovation, repair, or painting work in houses built before 1978, you must be trained to do so.
