FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure that the customer and their issues or ideas are my main focus at that point in time. By providing feedback based on experience about their issues or ideas. Also walking them through the process of what to expect and what not to expect from the start of their project to the end of their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years a press/facility maintenance tech.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a 3rd shift set up tech working for this injection molding company. On 3rd shift we never had a maintenance tech around so if a machine started to act up all we would do was shut it down and send out a email to maintenance requesting them to fix the machine. That drove me crazy all that downtime so I started to hang around pass my shift to talk to the maintenance guys about what to do if the machines started acting up. Next thing you know I am the 3rd shift unofficial maintenance tech. Eventually I was officially hired on as a maintenance tech and did that for the next 15 years.
