- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a general pricing system we work from but are flexible. It depends on many factors such as distance to travel to event and time and other things. We love to work with our clients to help them get the best service and the most value for their event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the needs of the client. We establish what type of event they are planning. How many guests they will be accommodating. Whether it will be an indoor or outdoor event. Any special requests or demands they may have of us. What services are required, print and/or digital. We express our needs for adequate space requirements and access to a power outlet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in a creative family. My father is a photographer and I've done a small amount of photography myself. I have more experience with graphic design work though and try to include that in my work with the photo booth screens and templates.
