Clayton offered me a wonderful personal training experience. He is an ideal mix of motivating and encouraging. With his help, I hit my PR on most major oly lifts (as well as the bench press) within just 5-8 weeks, despite having been out of the lifting circuit for a few years due to an ankle injury. Clayton was extremely flexible with his schedule which is pivotal for me because I am a dental student and often need to work out on short notice or at odd hours. It will be hard for me to find a new trainer if I were ever to lose Clayton to bigger and better things.
