- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typical Pricing is 175 for any wedding in the Winchester/Lexington/Richmond area. This is price includes first meet and greet session(online or in person), rehearsal (1 hour only )and the wedding. This also includes a set of standard wedding vows to be selected by couple or i will read the vows that are written by couple. If you need help writing customized vows or need tobhave me attened more than 1 hour at the rehearsal there will be additional fees to be determined at the time. There will also be extra fees for travel beyond the area listed. For holidays like Valentines day, Halloween and Christmas eve the price is more and determined by amount of involvement required by me. I do not do Christmas day. For a quick ceremony that only requires me to do the basic vows and that does not require any rehearsal or other meeting prior to ceremony and that requires no vows written or any variation of standard vows I charge $100 (this is based solely on my discretion) . All fees will be discussed and agreed upon by all parties prior to wedding day and an agreement will be signed by all parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to talk to the couple either in person or video chat either to find out what type of ceremony they are wanting and then I like to let them know who I am and that way we can determine if I will be a fit for your day . i also like to get a little background on the couple. where they met? How the proposal was done...just a little get to know you info. Once that's decided, we sign a contract for service and then we don't have to meet again until rehearsal. However, there will be ongoing communication to discuss details along the way
