After checking with multiple contractors, I went with IC Roofing because they responded quickly (and accurately).
My roof was paid for by my lender (and included with my mortgage), so the payment was delayed for a week (after inspection by the lender). This was no problem, as they deal with insurance companies and lenders all the time. It was certainly a problem with other roofing companies, who all wanted me to finance a new roof, even though it was going to be paid for upon inspection. Do not trust any company that can't afford to wait a few days for a check... they are operating on a shoestring budget and will not likely stand behind any guarantee they may have for their work.
IC Roofing has been a pleasure to work with and were flexible in their schedule to meet me for the quote after my work day. After the walkaround and signing the agreement, we scheduled the installation. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner.
The install crew cleaned up all debris, nails and materials... even blowing the leaves off of the driveway to be sure that no nails were missed. The only sign they had been to my house was a new roof and a dumpster filled with old shingles.
My new roof looks great, I now have zero leaks and IC Roofing made this the easiest part of my new home purchase.

We could not be happier with our new roof. Every step of the process was explained so there were no surprises. They kept in constant communication with us and always arrived promptly according to schedule. The bottom line is that they did exactly what they said they would do. I don’t think you can expect more than that from anyone.
