Phenomenal Trainer. Works you to your limit. Beyond what you can push yourself to. I started very insecure and not sure of what I wanted in life other than change. Since I've been training 3 times to 4 times a week. I have gained my confidence back. And push myself more now than ever. And live working out. Great Trainer you won't regret it. Doug is an amazing trainer, motivator, and all around guy. I started with him about 7 weeks ago when I was finally ready to make a change. He put me on a nutrition plan that worked for me (others I failed miserably at), he stayed on top of motivating me to come to the gym regularly. When I train with him he doesn't just go through the motions he teaches me why we do certain things and what they do for my body, so I can work out on my own as well. I'm proud to say I've lost 22 lbs in 7 weeks working with Doug at least twice a week and 2-3 times a week on my own thanks to the knowledge he has given me. Doug is my personal trainer two times per week. He was highly recommended by my daughter. We work on upper body on one day and lower body the second day. Doug takes the time to listen to what you want to work on. He also spots your weaknesses and trains those areas first. He stated that is to create a foundation to build on! That's something we can all relate to. He has shown me some excellent stretches to do in between to alleviate the soreness. Doug is an awesome trainer! He takes pride in what he does and he's a pusher! He will push you and help break your limit. That's what he did to me, he believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?yes i do. For anyone looking into training i charge 250 for two sessions a week. 400 for 3 times a week. Your first two sessions are free on me and you dont have to pay until the second session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to asses their body and see if they have any issues with imbalances and posture. I typically start with a simple workout to see movement and form. I also want to get to know the person and what stresses they have. A healthy mind leads to a healthy body and sometimes giving them a place to vent helps alot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have trained with some of the best trainers in the world. I am certified through ncsf and have many classes under my belt about the body and its functions.
