I have never needed an exterminator before and was a bit apprehensive of what to expect. The gentlemen who was assigned to our home was Jose. He is an absolute professional with an added sympathetic personality - we had issues with our dog being frightened and Jose was very patient and willing to try and help. I purchased a continuing package and am looking forward to the results promised. I feel confident I made the right choice with Kevin O'Connor Pest Control.
