- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It's hard to compare apples to apples, but pretty much it all depends on the driving distance and project to be performed. A minimum charge of $50.00 is applied to any project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First of all, be on time. Everybody hates show later people. Greet and introduce ourselves with a smile. Listen carefully to what the customer really wants and needs. Ask to offer different suggestions or ideas to customer. Give ourselves a time window of (1 hour) for to be show up for an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a maintenance supervisor for an apartment complex of 385 units for about 3 years. I was in charge of 2 employees. We did from A to Z jobs in this complex. Fixing water damaged units, cleaning, changing sinks, toilet, pipes, cabinets, windows, painting, garbage disposals, carpet cleaning, electrical outlets, GFIC outlets, ceiling fans, Bathrooms fans, drywall replacement, you name it. After all that, I worked in the construction business for about one year, until my wife and I started AJC Building Maintenance which specializes in the cleaning and maintenance servces. This fitted so well in our lives because most of the work is done over nights and weekends.
