Karl worked on several projects for us. One of them was massive kitchen remodel. Karl delivers quality work at fair price. The job site is always clean and contained and the final product is fantastic. Karl also helped us with the design and planning, which was very helpful with the large and costly project. Karl recently completed a restroom remodel for my company. As you can see by the before and after pictures the restrooms came out fantastic. I was very pleased with the outcome. Quality materials and workmanship show in the final product. Karl has completed several remodel projects for us including Boardrooms, Fitness Center, Office Space and General Construction. He is a good quality person, I had gotten quoted for the same job at about $300 but he did it for $125. We had him install a ceiling fan in our master bedroom. I searched and met him through this media outlet and he was in my home doing the job by 2 pm. I am all about the same day service! I appreciated his quick response and his quality service and also appreciate that he wasn’t bothered by me requesting to see his FB site, that’s the way we usually do a “background” check on people that work for us. We are planning on doing other bigger jobs around the house and will definitely contract him. We want a new ventilation outlet in our restroom above our shower and want to add stand alone shower in our downstairs toilet. So we’ll call him.

Karl did a great job removing a fireplace/chimney and replacing it with a closet. The work was good , though it took a little longer to finish than the original estimate. Pricing was reasonable, he worked with us to be sure we got what we wanted, and we were happy overall.
