What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are listed on my website (judysilvanpsychotherapy.com) and I am paid by each client or patient. I am always will to discuss and/or lower my fee based on need. Check with your insurance policy as they may reimburse you if you fill in some forms; I can provide you with the codes they will require. I have removed myself from HMO plans at this time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in both CA (lic # SW61755) and in MA (1015412, LICSW) as a psychotherapist. I also hold post-graduate certification in AEDP (which is a psychotherapy therapy to treat relational trauma and PTSD), body-oriented psychotherapy, and Mindfulness and Psychotherapy.
