Introduction: I am a local math and writing tutor available to help students with coursework and test prep. I am a Princeton grad and have perfect math SAT and GRE scores. I completed my PhD in economic history at Yale University last spring. I have taught writing-intensive courses at Yale and tutored in the university's writing center. I have also graded the essay and DBQ portions of the AP European History exam. I am great with teenagers and kids! I was looking for a tutor who could help me primarily prepare for the verbal and writing portions of the General GRE, and Annie was a very good fit. She had a variety of innovative and effective methods to help me learn vocabulary, and she helped me develop an approach for the writing sections. Annie was also flexible with scheduling which was helpful and started out each session by asking what I wanted to prioritize.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 70/hour for students to come to my home or office and 100/hour to travel to a student's home or other location. Remote tutoring is 60/hour. I am happy to do an initial lesson at half-price to see if we're a good fit.
