- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate since it is hard to know exactly how long it might take to finish a job. Sometimes I can give an estimate of how long something might take. But I've run into situations that turn an easy job into... a longer project (moths would be one example)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically there is a consultation meeting first. Depending on the size of the job this could be 15 minutes or an hour. This session is free! Then we set up times to work. Mostly I work very closely with clients to find out exactly what their needs and wishes are. But I can also work alone. Every person, situation, story and job is different and I'm adaptable to what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for many years in fashion design. My sense of style and color can be helpful in many parts of the organizing work. I have some background in interior design as well.
