- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of our pricing are customized to each project. We utilize a value-driven pricing model as opposed to a traditional cost+ pricing strategy. This means that we are always focused on maximizing value, and utility to our clients. If we feel we cannot add value, we would rather pass on the project then close a deal just to make a profit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before beginning work, all of our clients receive a free consultation on their project. This allows us to get the know the client's needs better, and also provides our customers assurance that we have adequate knowledge and expertise in the field. After the consultation, we will confirm deliverables and next steps to begin work.

Our system differentiates us from traditional fashion processes, and allows us to scale and adapt quickly to market changes in order to best serve our customers.
