- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon several factors which may include: *Travel Time, Transportation Mode, Location of Event, and Lodging *Types of Service(s) Requested *Materials Needed to Perform Service(s) *Facility Costs and Related Expenses *Other as Appropriate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gather information related to their event or service request. Research the request to ensure I am able to adequately deliver the service. I can also make referrals, occasionally, if I am unable to deliver the service. I will also provide a quote and then have verbal or electronic conversations with the potential customer to ensure the services and compensation schedule is agreeable and/or negotiable.
