Depends upon the service being provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require a signed agreement prior to work being performed and sometimes we would require a down payment to show good faith. Some of our services are billed on a month by month basis while others are invoiced at the time of completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some college related classes as well as previous employment with a leader in the industry. Our combined experience exceeds 30 + years and we are constantly working to perfect our skills.
