Pls beware . I already filed a police report on the date I found out . My whole safe gone . Currently, being investigated . So ofcourse not conclusive at the moment but imagine the hassle of getting new passport for my whole family not to mention irreplaceable valuable items gone . It is beyond words.. the inconvenience and the feeling of being violated . The rep from the company said she was going to send me a claim form . It’s been over 2 weeks and no claim form yet . This company was great. We hired them for full packing of our small home and loading it into a POD. Jack came in and gave us an estimate after looking over the house, Francisco and his team showed up on the date of the job and did everything, they even fit our sofas into the POD which weren’t planned to be included. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer professional solutions for our customer's moving needs. Our standard pricing for local moving and packing is hourly rated. Long distance moving service is rated by distance and weight. For small jobs, we use two-man crews. For larger households, we use multiple trucks and larger crew sizes. In the case of large office moves or an office relocation, we provide multiple trucks and manpower to efficiently and professionally manage a client’s schedule and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to begin by doing a telephone interview so that our customers feel comfortable with us. During this initial contact, we provide answers to basic questions and explain the moving process. If a customer finds us online and uses our INSTAQUOTE application, we will contact them to review the quote before scheduling the move. We provide free, in-home residential and office "Guaranteed Not to Exceed" quotes upon request if the customer's moving details are within our estimate parameters. We hope to provide the best service possible at a reasonable price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?With over 50-years' experience in the moving industry, we have the know-how and experience to provide a professional, stress-free move no matter how small or large. We've provided extensive training and experience to movers, packers, and estimators in our industry.
