- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All pricing is per hour rates and can be discounted based on multiple hours of services. Technology is 95/HR Printers and Copiers are 75/HR.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We typically have a phone conversation for a rough estimate of services and base pricing. I then come on site for more information if needed and can usually perform services same day. We take credit cards and cash but do not honor personal checks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I Mike Gill have 20 years of personal experience with HP Printer Services and Networks, Kenneth has 20 years of AV and Home Automation technology service experience and Sean has 20 years of Network design and service experience with all of the HP and Network certificates needed for services to date.
