Preston is the man! He has helped me change my diet and helped me put on some muscle! He makes each workout different and really enjoyable. I used to hate going to the gym but now I look forward to it and seeing Preston. I'm 37 but I feel like I'm 20 again! I highly recommend Preston!

When I first came to Preston I was just looking for personal training. I thought I was pretty healthy to be honest. After our first session together I knew that I was doing everything wrong. I reached out to Summer starting with some Reiki sessions to begin with. As we worked on some of my underlying issues, I decided I was ready to start a transformation package with Preston as well. So far I am 6 weeks in and have already taken control of my life. First off we love to barter, so if you have something you would like to offer us feel free to throw it out there! We offer 2 introductory sessions to make sure you are happy with our services. After that, our services come in 1 & 3 month packages. Each package is different and can be completely customized to your needs. Our 3 month Transformation package is backed with a special 100% money back guarantee. Feel free to text or call if you have any questions about our packages!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lets start with a free assessment, where we will figure out your goals, get to know each other, and set up a perfect plan that you can manage and stick with. This is important to us because it is the baseline for everything we do. Our end goal is to get you to the point of self-manageability.
