- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always happy to speak with a pool owner about their service needs and goals. Every pool, like every family, is unique. So, although the basic approach to providing services may be similar, each service visit is tailored to you pool's specific needs and your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive on the job experience, webinars and location training by pool equipment vendors.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After almost 30 years in corporate roles, it was time to do something different. Since maintaining my own pool for many years, I set a goal to start a service company and began training with one of the best pool guru's in the Southeast. That led to the creation of Crystal BluWater Pools Services and our mission to provide high value in the swimming pool maintenance & repair services ...to do what we say, within the agreed upon timeline.
