- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$65 is the base price for an hour session when the client is committed to training 3 or more days a week. Send a message to set up a free consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The focus at stage 1 is: -Build muscle (the more muscle you have the more fat your body can burn off for energy) -Get them stronger -Increase core stability -Teach proper breathing techniques -Assess and correct posture We do these things to prep the body for a harder and more demanding workout in stage 2.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?-Bachelor's of Science in Sports Performance & Fitness Entrepreneurship -Certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). -Credits with ACSM, ACE, NSCA, etc. -Various live trainings and hands-on workshops I am always improving my craft to stay up to date with the most effective ways to train the body.
