The trainers are so much fun, super friendly and make everything super easy to learn. Any questions or concerns they'll always have a clear answer. Nothing to worry about here. No matter how much experience you have with going to a gym or training in general you'll feel right at home at Pryde.

Top notch gym environment. This is not your fly by night come run on a treadmill kind of gym. The workouts are hard but you get results. The trainers are professionals & knowledgable. Best place around!

Pryde is a great! The staff are very encouraging and supportive and the workouts vary every class so you can't get bored! Love the relationships I've made at Pryde and the progress in my fitness level.
