First session is Free to Try! Drop in session for Group Fitness is $20 We also offer monthly Group Fitness subscription packages: 1 x session a week = $70/mo 2 x sessions a week = $130/mo 3 x sessions a week = $180/mo One-on-One session: 1 Hour = $60 a session 30 min = $30 session We have Monthly subscriptions for One-on-One sessions: 1 Hour: 30-Min 1 x week = $160/mo 1 x week = $80/mo 2 x week = $300/mo 2x week = $130/mo 3x week = $430/mo 3x week = $180mo
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was introduced to fitness because I was an overweight child, being well over 100lbs heavier than I was supposed to be. After trying a few different sports and not being very good at any of them, I found the weight room and instantly became addicted and never looked back. As much as I found my own fitness to be a love of mine, I find helping other people with their fitness to be a passion. There is nothing better then assisting someone in reaching a goal they once thought impossible. That is what makes me a Coach/Trainer, and not just a guy who workouts you out.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Sit down and seriously think about what your goals are, what you what to achieve from a fitness plan, and what you can afford. The more you know your own goals and budget the better we can personalize a plan to fit your needs!
