FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the type of work that I do, there really is no standard pricing. I usually am very fair and will explain with great detail where my pricing is derived from.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer, and get a general sense of their style and learn about what they envision. I then like to ask a few prying questions to spark some creative thoughts. From there, I usually go to the drawings, and start to sketch a few ideas. This gives us all a visual reference that we can use to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was an electrical contractor when I was young, and I was raised as his helper. As I grew I learned just about everything could about home construction. This has served me well as a handyman, however that is not where my true passion lies. I have been a lifelong artist, and I am within my last year of finishing my bachelors degree in Interior Design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. This education has enhanced my abilities and designs, but also has given me some cutting edge tools to help bring my visions to life.
