Introduction: I am a partner at Buckeye Tax Service and Dignity Tax Service and owner of Stroia Financial LLC. I am not a seasonal tax professional, I am available throughout the year for financial questions or other tax services. Nice to know that we have a true professional looking out for our business and personal taxes! They stand behind their work and charge accordingly, no surprise bills or delayed work while they put more important people ahead of us. They make us feel like our business matters to them. We also have Matt handling all of our retirement planning after he did such a great job getting my mother where she needed to be to retire early!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like most tax preparers, I charge by the form. However, I try to make my services very fair, straight forward and affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on what the client wants... the client can drop the information off to me, mail it, email it or come into my office. It would be helpful to bring your tax return from the previous year. Also, new clients should provide a copy of their drivers license or state ID and Social Security cards for their children.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
North Canton Hoover High School Class of 1994. University of Toledo (Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in History & Economics) 2000. Multiple securities and insurance licenses. AFSP, ChFEBC, Quickbooks Online Certified
