- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill hourly at an exceptionally affordable rate. We also offer flat fee pricing for special situations. We don't Bill port to port drive time, allowing us to efficiently serve all of our surrounding areas in Northeast Ohio.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know you and your needs so we can provide the services that best suit you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I have many years in the industry and I have learned a lot of what not to do, and what needs to be done. I hold our service, reputation, staff and policies to a very high standard. I have been trained through multiple owner franchise schools, which gives our company an edge on the industry and knowledge to exceed the standards of our major competitors.
