I have been using Speedy Maids for about a year now. They are professional, always willing to work around my schedule changes, always show up when they are supposed to and communicate well. They send me a txt the day before and remind me and verify I am ready for a cleaning. I have seen them 3 times in the past year.I leave early and get home late so I need someone I can trust. They have never let me down. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you Tamara!

Reliable. Dependable. Always does an excellent job. Prompt to respond to requests. Does extra chores voluntarily. My house looks great when they leave. Hard to imagine life without Speedy Maids. Highly recommend.

When I hired the Speedy Maids service, I must admit I was embarrassed for anyone to come into my home to clean it. I had or have been having several health issues this past year, and hadn’t been able to keep my house work or any type of work done. I Love working in my yard, and my home, all I could do was dream about that! I would lie in my bed and watch the dust collect on any and Everything! It was a very disappointing and depressing situation to be in. And like I said in the beginning, I was embarrassed for anyone to see the shape my home was in. I contacted and spoke with Tamra from Speedy Maids, and after several weeks of my having to reschedule, we finally had a good working date. It was an afternoon appointment for a deep clean, and I might also add, she had taken this job, site unseen, or she and her partner may have run the other way!! I called to check on them after about 3-4 hours to see if I needed to send medical care for either of them, however they were still going, still cleaning. I think at some point Tamra may had tried to call in some help, however there was no one, so they kept at it. The girl working with her is named DeDe. When they did finish, and I came home, I really wanted to set down and cry, however I didn’t, Not until after they had left. What a Wonderful job they did. I just couldn’t believe that they didn’t just walk away from to me what had become an impossible task. These two ladies stayed here until the job was done, and the job was OUTSTANDING!!!! I continue to use the services of Speedy Maids, and will continue to do so, they are excellent at their job, and very accommodating. They are both pleasant, and show up with a smile. They do their job, and Always some little extra something. You should be glad to have them on your service. The Most important thing I can tell you about these ladies is they have given me back my Home, and they have instilled in me once again, pride in my home!!! This is something I never thought I could or would find again!! Because of them, I can now manage until they come back!!! 😍

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customers contacts Speedy Maids for there cleaning calling the customer introducing myself and my business scheduling a day and time to go to there home for a one on one walk thru of the home with customer taking notes of there expectations of my company following with a bid proposal. After the first clean is scheduled confirming the day prior so that the customer will be reminded of cleaning.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a small franchise and currently sub- contract for Palm Harbor Homes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All different types of customers. All my regular clients are Awesome people.
