My health/ fitness before working with Brandon was okay, not too bad, but could have been better. But now, after working with Brandon and Elite Training Systems, it has improved tremendously. I learned a lot of new tips and tricks that I was able to improve upon, and still many more that I am getting to. Overall great, experience, definetely would recommend.

Well 19lbs later i feel great and look better. Tgis program was a great jumpstart to how I should eat and be responsible for my health. I have tried many things that were hard or supposed to be easy and with out fail i eould loose a little and gain it back. I got to my lowest point in 5 years with Brandons guidance and help. He is committed to your health goals and knows hoe to inspire. Defintely recommend him and his program to everyone. It was awesome and not painful. Thanks!

I recently launched my Elite Transformation Systems which include a 4 Week Kick-start Program and a 12 week complete transformation program. I provide a 3 Phase Nutrition program to go along with the customized exercise program to ensure my clients achieve the results they want! Those who have participated in the 4 week Kick-start program,alone are seeing an average weight loss of 15-20 lbs.
