I met with Ronnie before training began. I explained my physical limitations. My first workout was intense but left me with a great experience. Ronnie adapted to my needs. Some people with physical limitations are hesitant to hire a personal trainer. Ronnie made me feel at ease. I had no feelings of intimidation that many people with disabilities experience with a trainer or in a gym. That is a trainer's job to train and let clients feel a great sense of accomplishment. Ronnie just knew how to make the necessary adaptations while making me comfortable in his facility. It was a great first workout. I look forward to continuing to train with Ronnie.

Ronnie is a very good trainer. Works with you And does a great job. His gym is nice and not Loud like so many in Southwest Florida. I would highly recommend him as a trainer.

Ron is an awesome trainer and the only one I found to actually help with my neck and back injuries that have incapacitated me for nearly 7 years. My mobility has completely turned for the better after my first session with him, and I am very happy with my results over the last 3 months. He is the absolute best at what he does in SWFL! Highly recommended for anyone or teams looking for affordable and effective training. Keep up the awesome work!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have Personal Training and Boot Camp classes available! Personal Training (one-on-one): $60/session- sessions usually lasting one hour Boot Camp: $20/session- sessions usually lasting one hour **Monthly options available for both as well
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a one-on-one initial assessment to see what my clients goals are and to relay the goals I have for them. I introduce my clients to a proper dynamic warmup, then put you through an introductory workout to evaluate where your skill and fitness level is at. This will allow me to design a program for your specific goals and abilities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness Management Personal Training Certified Nutrition for Weight Loss Certified Health Club Management Certified Yoga Certified 2 fitness/health management internships
