- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sellers, we offer you 3 options: The Traditional Listing at 3% Listing Commission; The Money Saver Listing with a 2% Listing Commission; or the FSBO Booster Listing, an upfront $500 MLS Listing Fee that includes a single property website. Every situation is unique and can be customized to meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond as quickly as possible, listen to your needs, wants, expectations and timeframe. I provide you with the information that you need to help you make better decisions without any pressure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ongoing education is important to me and my business, I've averaged about 60 hours a year in the classroom for the last 5 years. I'm a licensed real estate broker, I hold 4 designations and 6 certifications in working with buyers and sellers. Some of my designations include: Seller Representative Specialist; Accredited Buyers Representative; Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist.
