Very prompt reply. Cleaned from 2 PM until 7:15 pm. Cleaned ceiling fans, base boards, cabinet doors, polished furniture, cleaned bathrooms, kitchen, etc. House looks great. Very polite and really seemed to care about doing a good job.

Jessica and Jim are amazing and I had high expectations but they exceeded them. I like that they dusted every surface in house including baseboards and doors. They also cleaned interior and exterior windows (no extra charge) as well as our outdoor patio area. They even cleaned our large dog beds! Honestly, just hire them my experience was superb!

This was my first time using not only Thumbtack but also a cleaning service. And I am glad I came across Jessica and Jim! I hired them for a move-out cleaning and couldn't be happier. They were on time, friendly, trustworthy, and got right down to business. I wish I took before & after pictures but I've never seen the place so clean. The oven looked brand new after they were done. And we had a lot of plants out on our balcony which left rings and spots, and the entire balcony was spotless...as in it looked like it just got fresh paint it was so clean! They even scrubbed out some stains on the carpet that I thought would never come out. Everything was nice and shiny when I walked in afterwards! Jessica kept in touch with me throughout the day with updates which was nice. I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend. Thank you! Danielle
