- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we offer a preset catering menu for customer convenience, we will also work with you to create a customized menu for any occasion. We pride ourselves on being both competitive and flexible with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial discussion will include a description of the event including date/time, theme, venue, dietary restrictions, type of service and budget. After the primary consultation, our chefs will come up with a series of menu ideas that pertain specifically to your event, including any necessary tastings. Once the menu has been established, we will submit a menu proposal for customer approval. If the event requires on site service, we will schedule an appointment to take a walk through of the venue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively, our chefs have over 40 years of experience in catering, hotels and resorts, high volume restaurants, personal chefs and fine dining. All members of our team, both front and back of the house, are required to maintain a valid serve safe certification along with TIPS training. In addition to extensive work experience, all members of our team have been classically trained with various degrees in Culinary Arts and/or Hospitality Management.
