I had a very positive and productive experience with Dwayne's Superior Lawn. My yard was resembling the Amazon Jungle. Dwayne's Lawn Service responded quickly, scheduled an appointment, and had my yard looking respectable as evidenced by the neighbors smiling and giving me the thumbs up sign. He did a great job of the tile work in the bathroom. But the Job took much too long to complete. He had too many personal issues to deal with that prevented him from doing the job as scheduled. The job ended up costing me double the cost in the end because he did not know how to price the job. We kept having to go back and forth over prices. He was inexperienced and trying to break into the home improvement field. He didnt finish the final touch up repairs as promised. Customer is not telling the truth. Ms Delores was trying to get over on me. She kept adding more and more small jobs to the list of other work we had agreed on. Ms Delores wasn’t trying to add money to the budget. There was 4 total extra small jobs she added, I completed 2 of them for her. As for the vinyl tile on the counter (easy fix) but she didn’t want me to return. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in Home improvement and landscaping. FYI this job was done in 2016, it took her 1 year to post this review. Just trying to tear me down. Good luck in the future Ms Delores.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process is to meet with them, and go over the project with them to be clear on exactly what they want. I am great at listening and understanding what a customer wants. If it don't make since I will be upfront and we will come up with a solution if there is one:-)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Trial and era, over 10 years of experience, I no how to grow grass, and keep weeds out, it cost to keep a lawn green and weeds free. I have planted over 100 flowers, I have planted over 50 shrubs. I have trimmed several trees and cut down over 10 trees.
