- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the world of aviation, everything is flexible and fluid. The standard prices are an estimate and average to what the job would be worth. Determining factors in the prices are; Fuel Cost Weather Airspace
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I get to know the customer and try to get as much information as possible to accomplish my customer's goal. Then I will asses the mission factoring in logistics to accomplish the mission. Then I will discuss pricing and date. Lastly I'll go to the site, fly as planned and then process, retouch the product and provide the customer with the finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
FAA Private Pilot: I've started training in 2013 at Schaumburg Regional Airport. They had an FAA part 61 flight school to train pilots, then in 2015 transitioned to Chicago Executive Airport (Palwaukee) and received my license in 2017. During the same year I attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale to continue flight training to receive more licenses to fly in the airlines after SIUC. FAA Part 107: When I received my private pilot certificate, I took a FAA course online for commercial drone operations and received the certificate to fly commercially ever since.
