This is our first time using Cody Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They were recommended to me by a family friend that has been using them for years. Our experience couldnt have been any better. The technician showed up in a timely matter and was very personable and knowledgeable. He diganoised the issue as per the $40 diganoistic fee and once the issue was found he gave me repair cost before any work was completed. I was so thankful that a technican was able to come to my house on 4th of July since I had 30 people at my house for my sons confirmation party. The issue was fixed and I couldnt be happier. Will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends and using Cody Plumbing and Air Conditioning in the future.

The technician was very knowledgeable, but I had to wait the entire day for him to arrive. I was supposed to be the third on their list that day. I had spoken to them several times throughout the day and then at around 2:00 they left a message that he was finishing up another job and was on the way. When the technician didn't arrive another hour and a half later, I called them and they said they cancelled because I didn't call them back. He showed up around 5 and seemed unaware of all that had transpired. I guess he doesn't do the scheduling. Nice kid, very informative, helpful and patient, but he charged 200 dollars. They quoted $40, so when he gave me the bill I was shocked. He explained that the $40 was only if they didn't do any work. I would have liked to know this beforehand. Anyway, he fixed the problem.

We would like to thank you so much for giving us the oppertunity to help you with your air conditioning issue. Glad to hear you had an overall good experience with the technician. Our technician's are very well trained in the feild and do the best they can. With the tons of calls we have recieved during this extreme heat wave its no excuse but we are sorry for the scheduling mix up. As far as the $40 price quoted that price is given as diganoistic/ trip charge. Our technician dignoisis the issue and then if any work needs to be preformed from the dignoistic of the tech, customer gets charged labor plus materials. Again just want to say thank you and since your issue was resolved we hope you will give us the oppertunity to fix any other heating, plumbing, or air conditioning issue you may come across in the future.

-This work can only be judged after the dysfunctional central AC works for a while. -mechanics per hour charge is excessive at $165/hr. I was not told about this prior to work. He did mention that the cost of freon was $800, which I accepted as there was no time to check for prices - no guarantee could be obtained as " we did not install the system
