- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first contact is most often via telephone or email. We usually need to ask questions before providing a guess at what work might be needed or the possible cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joe: Forty years experience tuning & restoring keyboard instruments. Past president of the local Technicians' Guild chapter. Nat: Three years apprenticeship and two years as a partner. Nat is a certified luthier, having completed his training at The Chimneys Violin Shop.
